Her journey began as the go-to bartender for family and friends — driven by a love for entertaining and the joy of seeing others delighted by her drinks. That passion led her to work in local bars, where she sharpened her skills and built lasting connections with guests. Niecy quickly became known not just for her creative drinks, but for the genuine way she engaged with people.
